Support Services - How to fix an incorrect host-id with Sangoma Licenses

An Incorrect host-id indicates that there has been a change in the network configuration that prevented our modules to verity the Sangoma license.

File: G729-XXX.lic -- Key: G729-XXX -- Host-ID: aa:bb:..:ee: -- Channels: XXX (incorrect host-id) File: G729-YYY.lic -- Key: G729-YYY -- Host-ID: aa:bb:..:ee: -- Channels: XXX (incorrect host-id)

The host-id is calculated based on the information of the serialized interfaces in order to assign unique identifier to your systems. When your network configuration changes, the host-ID will change as well.  In order to fix an incorrect host-Id issue, you must re-register the license. Please note that if your server keep changing the network information on reboot, you will need to contact your network administrator to address this issue before registering the license.
