Support Services - Does Remote Call Forwarding (RCF) Affect My Billing?
If you have an unlimited service, your billing will not be affected.
If you have a metered service, your standard usage rates apply to all forwarded calls. You will be charged for the inbound call minutes and the outbound call minutes while Remote Call Forwarding is enabled.
For example, if you receive 30 calls for 100 minutes of usage while Remote Call Forwarding is enabled, you will be billed 100 minutes for the inbound calls and 100 minutes for the outbound calls at your current metered rates.
This only applies to minutes while RCF is enabled. It does not apply to unlimited services, nor minutes used while RCF is NOT enabled.
