Support Services - How Do I Update Credit Card or Payment Information in Cloud Customer Portal?

  1. Log into the Cloud Customer Portal at my.digiumcloud.com. Use your http://digium.com username and password.

  2. Navigate to "Payment Info" underneath Account.

  3. Select "Edit" in Payment Info section.

  4. Input new card information. Then click "Save".

This information will now be used for future transactions.
