Support Services - dbstall Error on Startup "Failed to Connect to Database"
A dbstall error on startup 'Failed to connect to database' message means that the system was unable to contact its database because is corrupted therefore Switchvox was not able to fully boot.
In order to troubleshooting this issue please use the following steps:
When this message occurs, attempt a reboot of the system.
If the problem is not fixed, check the hard drive and memory for errors using Hardware Test Tools.
Assuming that the Hardware Test Tools comes clean and the problem persist, you will need to restore your system from the Switchvox installation CD.
Note: If you don't have a Switchvox installation CD, you can request one using the support portal.

Login using your Digium account and open a Support Case
In the support case, please use the subject "Need ISO for <Your Switchvox version> Reg: <Your Switchvox registration Code>
In the description add the Switchvox revision number or the filename of the latest backup file that you have.
