Support Services - Replacing FCS login with Sangoma SSO - ( internal use only )
We're excited to announce a significant improvement to FCS (CommUnity Quoting Tool) – Single Sign-On (SSO) login. This enhancement simplifies the login process, offering a streamlined, secure, and efficient experience. With Sangoma SSO, you'll use a single set of credentials, saving time and eliminating the need to remember multiple passwords.
What to expect?
Next time you navigate to FCS, you will be presented with the new Login page:
Enter your Sangoma email address to be able to enter your password. This step will check your account and make sure you have a valid account in Sangoma. All existing users will be able to login using their Sangoma credentials.
If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it by clicking on the”Forgot Your Password” link on the sign in page. Once requested, it will send you a link to create a new password via email.
