Support Services - Why do transfers using rapid dial keys not display original caller id information to transferred extension
When using a Rapid Dial Key to transfer a caller, it will perform an Assisted Transfer unless you have the Blind Transfer Rapid Dial setting enabled.
To enable Blind Transfer Rapid Dial
Click Setup-> Manage
Find the extension you are working with and login to the user extension portal
Click Features -> Phone Features
Click the Rapid Dial Favorites tab.
Click Digium Phone Options button.
Move the Blind Transfer Rapid Dial slider to YES.
Click Save.
