Support Services - Why cant I add more users to my Switchvox after I have activated my subscription codes on the Sangoma website?


Note: After you have activated subscriptions on the Sangoma website you will need to add them to your Switchvox system.

As an Administrator, navigate to Server>Updates.
The user will auto apply and your subscription will reflect the correct amount of users now.
