Support Services - What level of technical assistance does Digium provide for Digium phones
Digium provides technical assistance for customers' use of Digium phones. The level of assistance depends on the phone's environment. Digium Tech Support will troubleshoot issues with parts of the topology and architecture that are within Digium's control.
Genuine Asterisk
For Digium phones used with the current LTS release or Standard release of genuine Asterisk, Digium will support all methods of phone configuration:

Phones' web interface
However, configuration via DPMA will receive the highest level of support. DPMA is available for Certified Asterisk release series. For more information about current LTS and Standard releases of Asterisk, please see the Asterisk Versions wiki page.
Third-party Asterisk Environments
For third-party Asterisk environments such as Elastix, Thirdlane PBX, etc., Digium will attempt to provide advice and troubleshooting, but we will not guarantee that the combination of the environment and the phone can be made to work as the customer wants, because Digium has not done official testing with, nor does Digium control changes to, those environments.
Non-Asterisk Environments
Similarly, for non-Asterisk PBXes and non-Asterisk unified communication systems, Digium will provide advice, but will not guarantee that it can be made to work as the customer wants, for the same reasons as for third-party Asterisk environments.
