Support Services - Forward Call Rule on a previously converged Non-Digium phone is not deleted on update
SWVX-12960 Forward Call Rule on a previously converged Non-Digium phone is not deleted on update
Validation Date: 1/19/2018
Affects Version: 6.6.0.4
Resolved Version: 6.7
Description: Prior to the implementation of Additional Phones when an extension was converged Switchvox automatically created a Forward Call Rule on the converged extension to forward all calls to the Main extension. When updating from pre-6.6.x and a non-Digium phone extension is not converted to an Additional phone, the Forward Call Rule is not deleted, causing calls to continue going to the Main extension.
