How to enable contacts

Sangoma Talk Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab allows you to view the allowed contacts from PBX and also provision to initiate call to the allowed contacts from the Sangoma Talk mobile app. The User Management Module controls which contact groups a user will be able to see in this Contacts tab.

Enabling the contacts access

The User Management Module controls which contact groups a user will be able to see in this Contacts tab.

Enabling contact access from userman groups.

Browse to Admin → User Management → Groups tab, click on edit group, browse to Contacts tab and select "Show In Contact Manager Groups" and "Viewable Contact Manager Groups" as per your requirement. This will inherit the access to all the users present under the selected group.

Enabling contact access from userman users.

Browse to Admin → User Management → Users tab, click on edit user, browse to Contacts tab and select "Show In Contact Manager Groups" and "Viewable Contact Manager Groups" as per your requirement. This will grant the access only to the selected user.
