Switchvox - NetOps Configuration Guide

Switchvox - How to Add/Remove Switchvox Users to NetOps

Note: This feature is currently only available on the On-Prem Switchvox platform.

  • Access the Switchvox portal ( https://Switchvox_IP_address/admin).

  • Log in using your Switchvox admin username and password.

  • Access the NetOps Server.

    • Select Server at the top of the page.

    • Select NetOps under the Monitoring section.

  • Enter the Customer Information:

    • Organization Name.

    • Contact Email Address.

    • Contact Name.

    • Click the START MONITORING button.

    • A welcome email will be sent to the user based on the entered email address with a link to NetOps dashboard.

If this is the first NetOps user added, Switchvox monitoring will be added to NetOps app.

Distribution Email Lists like support@company.com or salesteam@company.com are not permitted or supported.

How to import Registration Codes

  • Access NetOps by clicking HERE.

  • Select Switchvox from the left-side menu.

  • If you are not sure what the Site ID is, click the Export image-20260313-094754.png icon in the top-left corner of the table and retrieve the Site ID(s) from the exported file.

  • Click the Upload image-20260223-140404.png icon in the top-left corner of the table.

  • Select a Tenant.

  • Click the DOWNLOAD TEMPLATE button.

  • In the template, enter the site_id(s) and the registration_code(s).

  • Click the UPLOAD AND IMPORT button.
