Shared Voicemail

Multi-factor Authentication Support for Sangoma Phone desktop app

Separate Queue Process

Switchvox to run a separate Queue process to handle all Queue-call-related processing. This is to improve Switchvox performance, and does not affect the Queues experience for the admin or queue member.



Salesforce Click to Dial Support

Support of Salesforce Click to Dial feature where the user’s phone is the Sangoma Phone desktop app or the Sangoma Talk mobile app.
