Multi-factor Authentication Support for Sangoma Phone desktop app Verification via email, phone call, Google Authenticator app, or Microsoft Authenticator app for the Sangoma Phone app configured with Switchvox. For details, see Switchvox - Using Multi-Factor Authentication .
Separate Queue Process Switchvox to run a separate Queue process to handle all Queue-call-related processing. This is to improve Switchvox performance, and does not affect the Queues experience for the admin or queue member.
