Switchvox - How to Purchase Scribe for Switchvox

Overview
This guide provides instructions for purchasing Scribe AI Transcriptions for Switchvox.
Step 1 - Access the Sangoma Customer Portal.
Click HERE to access the Sangoma Customer Portal.
When prompted, enter your Sangoma Customer Portal Credentials.
If you forgot your password, click the “I forgot my password " link below the Sign In button.
If you do not currently have an account, reference the How to Sign Into Sangoma's Customer Portal guide.
Step 2 - Access Switchvox Add Ons
Navigate to the Switchvox Add Ons with in the Sangoma Store.
① Select the Store in the portal's left side menu, ② From the Store, select Products at the top of the page. ③ Select Switchvox from the store menu. ④ Select Switchvox Add Ons. |  |
Step 3 - Registration Code
Enter your registration Code.
Click Next
To retrieve your Registration Code
• For on-premises systems, you can find the Registration Code under the Registration tab.
•For Switchvox Cloud, please use your systems hostname. Example: abc.digiumcloud.net
Step 4 - Select your Products
Click the Add button to select the desired Product.
Click Next
Step 5 - Checkout
Click on Your Cart at the top of the page
Click Update to add or remove an item from the cart.
Click Check Out.
Step 6 - Organization and Deployment Options
Verify the Organization and Deployment Options. This ensures the order is assigned to the correct system.
Step 7 - Select a Payment Method
Select the desired payment method at the bottom of the order page.
When prompted, enter the required information.
Step 8 - Complete the Order
Review the Terms and Conditions.
Check the box to indicate that you agree to the Terms and Conditions.
Click the Process Order button.
Order is Complete
