Switchvox - Call log details show all calls coming under same trunk when trunks share same IP or hostname

If you have a configuration where you have multiple VoIP Providers set up that use the same IP or hostname for the "Host” field, and the call logging is logging the DID under the wrong VoIP Provider (Trunk), do the following to resolve:

  1. Go To Admin → Setup → Voip Providers

  2. Modify each of the Voip Providers

  3. Go to the Caller ID Settings Tab → Incoming Caller ID Settings → Enable “Use the ‘To’ header to route incoming calls instead of Request-URI” = Yes

When this setting is enabled, incoming calls are routed based on the “To” header instead of the Request-URI (IP-based routing).
