Switchvox - After updating to Switchvox 8.x, extensions cannot monitor calls from Switchboard

When updating to 8.x, some extensions may not be able to monitor calls on Switchboard as they had before the update. In this case, please confirm the “Make Calls with…” setting on the switchboard is set to the desired device to listen to that call.

After setting the “Make calls with…” setting, the extension should be able to monitor calls.
