Switchvox - How to unregister your Switchvox PBX
Digium does not mind if customers unregister their own products and register to other machines provided that only one machine with the same registration code is in a production environment at one time. In fact, we suggest that customers have a cold swap backup server registered with the same registration code to use as failover. This does not violate policy since the backup server is not in production.
Software licenses such as subscriptions and phone tokens are attached to your 16 digit registration code. Where this code goes your licenses follow.
Below are the steps taken to unregister your Switchvox PBX.
Simply go the following link on the local PBX:
After the license is uninstalled you can then register the license to a different system by going to Server > Maintenance > Registration of the server you wish to register.
