Switchvox - How do I enable a call queue member to answer calls while on a call?

In order to receive calls while on a call in a call queue the Receive calls while on a call configuration option must be enabled.  To enable this setting:

1. Go to Setup → Manage

2. Modify the target call queue

3. Set Receive calls while on a call to Yes

This configuration option is located at the bottom of the Queue Information and Members page in the Queue Members Settings section.
