Switchvox - How do I fix Phones configured through a Phone Feature Pack having the wrong IP address

Steps

Is the phone configured using a Phone Feature pack?
 

To check this:

  1. Go to Manage > Phones Phone Feature Packs

  2. Click on Configured Phones

  3. Check for the affected Phones MAC Address

  4. Is the MAC address of the affected phone here? If the answer is yes see the steps below to correct the problem

 

Follow these steps to correct the issue as mentioned above:

  1. Manage > Phones Phone Feature Packs

  2. Click on Modify Phone Setup Options [button]

  3. Disable "If Alternate Host is not set, use the PBX's external IP/Hostname" 

  4. Reboot the phones

  5. Phones will display correct IP address in Server  Diagnostics  Connection Status

  6. Place a call to the phone
