Switchvox - How do I add people missing from the directory?

Custom Groups allow for certain extensions to be excluded.  To check if an extension has been excluded from the directory take the following actions:

1. Login to Switchvox under /admin

2. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage

3. Modify Directory extension.

   • Note*: This is extension 411 be default

   • If Directory Members are listed as 'Extensions' under extensions you can add them directly to the list

   • If Directory Members are listed as 'Extension Groups'

     • Go to Setup > Extensions > Groups

     • Modify Groups > Add extension to group
