Switchvox - How can I make the speaker phone automatically pick-up for Paging?

This article explains how to fix problems when the speaker phone does not automatically pick-up a page.

If your supported phone (Sangoma, Polycom or Snom) does not auto-answer into speaker phone when the phone receives the page, check what is set as the value for Alert-Info Header in the Paging extension. Make sure the 'Alert-Info Header' is set as Intercom or SVAutoPickup.

 

  • Go to Setup → Manage 

  • Modify Intercom/Paging extension

  • Check Alert-Info Header field
