Switchvox - How do you transfer a parked call that is picked up using a parking lot rapid dial key on a Polycom?

If you are using a rapid dial key assigned with a parking lot extension to pick up parked calls on a Polycom you must do the following to transfer that call:

1. Hit rapid dial key to pick up parked call

2. The Polycom then goes into URL mode

3. Push the 'Number' softkey to switch out of URL mode

4. Transfer the call as you normally would

Switching to URL mode is required due to Polycom firmware and cannot be changed via Switchvox.
