Switchvox - How do I create an agent log in extension that logs agents into multiple queues?

To setup an agent log in extension to log an agent into multiple queues follow these steps:

1. Click Setup->Manage

2. Click Create Extension

3. In the Extension Type drop down box select Agent Log In.

4. Click Create Extension

5. In the Extension text box type the extension number you want to assign.

6. Click the Log In/Log Out Toggle to YES.

7. Click the Always prompt agents to enter their extension to YES.

8. Click Affect virtual extensions login/logout status to YES.

At this point the Agent Log In extension will log agents in and out of all queues

To add specific extensions follow theses steps:

1. Click the Affect All Queues slider to NO.

2. Click the magnifying glass icon

3. Hold down the control key while you select all the queues you want this extension to log agents into.

4. Click the Save Agent Log In Extension button.

After following these steps you will have an Agent Log In extension that will log agents in and out of all queues or queues specifically selected.
