Switchvox - How to forward a voicemail from your Digium Phone

In order to forward voicemail from your phone: 

1. Press the Msgs button on your phone 

2. Highlight the message you want to forward, then press the More... softkey 

3. Press the Forward softkey 

4. Highlight the extension you would like to forward to from your contacts 

5. Press the Select softkey 

A copy of the voicemail has now been forwarded to the extension you selected.
