Switchvox - How to enable caller id presentation for channel groups?

To set Caller ID Presentation for a channel group follow these steps:

1. Click Setup->Channel Groups

2. Click the yellow pencil icon next to your B (Bearer) Channel

3. Click the Use caller ID presentation drop down box and select yes

4. In the Text to display in caller ID text block enter the text for your caller ID

5. In the Number to display in caller ID text block enter the phone number you want for caller ID

6. Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click Save Channel Group (Saving your Channel Group will drop phone calls)
