Switchvox - I am getting the errors out of memory or invalid socket and cannot establish RTP stream address already in use and my calls will not ring the my queue. How do I fix this.

Switchvox - I am getting the errors out of memory or invalid socket and cannot establish RTP stream address already in use and my calls will not ring the my queue. How do I fix this.

These errors are caused by setting your RTP range in VoIP providers too low

ex: 10000 - 10020. This range will cause these errors and symptoms. 

To correct this problem:

  1. Click Server -> VOIP Providers

  2. Set the RTP Port Range to 10000 to 20000

  3. Click Save RTP Port Range.

Setting the RTP port range back to the default of 10000 - 20000 will fix all issues.
