How do I remotely reboot a Polycom phone

How do I remotely reboot a Polycom phone

To remotely reboot a phone configured using a feature pack:

  1. Go to Setup > Phones > Phone Feature Packs > Configured Phones

  2. Check the mac address of the phone you want to reboot

  3. Click on Reboot Phone

The way the PBX reboots a phone is through a packet. If the PBX cannot reach the phone it wont be able to reboot.

The pbx will send a packet to the phone using port 80 TCP.
