How to move actions in a multipage IVR

When a IVR has more  than 50 actions, Switchvox will split them into two or more pages. If you need more move actions from one page to another one, please use the following steps to do so. 

  1. Log into the PBX as admin

  2. Hover over Tools

  3. Click IVR Editor

  4. Choose the IVR to modify

  5. Click View

  6. Click Modify Actions

  7. Click and hold green arrow showing line position (a pop up next to the arrow will appear asking for the position)

  1. Click on Drag here to set row position and a new pop up will appear with options that will allow you to set the new location.

  1. Once you have set the location that your action needs to be moved, click Update Position.
