Switchvox - When using "Fewest Answered Calls" or "Least Recently Answered" ring strategy what determine which rep gets a call if they have taken the same number of calls?

If there are six agents who've all answered 12 calls, and all other agents have answered 20, and the ringing strategy is set to "Fewest Answered Calls" or "Least Recently Answered" the system would send the call to the member at the bottom of the queue who answered 12 calls. For example...

The next call in the above example would be sent to Joe at Ext 199 if the ringing strategy was set to "Fewest Answered Calls" or "Least Recently Answered" because the other member with the same amount of calls (George) is listed above him and the rest of the members have more calls then Joe and George.
