Switchvox - How do you ignore a Sangoma phone/extension?

To ignore an assigned extension:

1. Go to Setup->Phones->Sangoma Phones.

2. Select Assigned Phones and Extensions from the dropdown menu labelled View.

3. Click the red X Unassign action next to the extension you want to ignore.

4. Select Unassigned Extensions from the dropdown menu labelled View.

5. Click the gray Ignore action next to the extension you want to ignore.

To ignore an unassigned extension:

1. Go to Setup->Phones->Sangoma Phones.

2. Select Unassigned Extensions from the dropdown menu labelled View.

3. Click the gray Ignore action next to the extension you want to ignore.

To ignore a phone that has never been assigned an extension:

1. Go to Setup->Phones->Sangoma Phones.

2. Select Unassigned Phones from the dropdown menu labelled View.

3. Click the gray Ignore action next to the MAC address of the phone you want to ignore.
