Switchvox - How to add an additional extension on a Sangoma phone

  1. When logged in as administrator navigate to Setup>Sangoma phones

  2. View Assigned phones, click the edit button for the extension you wish to modify

  3. Click add under Additional Lines and input extension and save assignment

Note: Adding an extension already registered to a phone will unregister the extension its currently registered on.
