Why does my SIP peer/provider show unmonitored under Server > Connection Status?

Latency is monitored using Qualify. Qualify Hosts sends and receives a packet in order to accomplish this. Some providers do not respond to sip options or qualify. All switchvox units can use qualify.

To enable Qualify Hosts:
Go to Server > Voip Providers
Modify the Provider or Peer in question
Click the Connection Settings Tab
Change the Slider for Qualify to Yes
Save the page
Check the status under Server > Connection Status
Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.
