Switchvox - How do I delete an unassigned phone from list?

You will need the MAC Address of the phone, you can find this on the label on the back of the phone.

1. Go to Setup > Phones: Digium Phones > Click on View and select Unassigned Phones.

2. Click on the gray circle under Action column and you will be prompted: "Are you sure you want to add this to the ignore list?"

3. Click on "Yes, Ignore" button. That will send phone to Ignored Phones.

4. Next, pull down view for Ignored Phones and you will be able to delete the phone with the red x icon.
