Switchvox - What is a Dahdi_Dummy and what does Switchvox use it for?

When there are no Dahdi cards present in the Switchvox, Dahdi_Dummy entries are created to provide a timing source for the Switchvox. If the Switchvox has Telephony Hardware installed, the Dahdi_Dummy entries should be deleted, since they are no longer needed.
