Switchvox - How do I disable SIP ALG on an Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR?

To disable SIP ALG on an Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR network device please do the following:

  1. Log in to your Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR

  2. Under Firewall settings go to Firewall/ACLs,

  3. There's a tab for ALG Settings,

  4. under that tab you'll see the following:

SIP ALG

Disable this setting.
