Switchvox - How do I disable SIP ALG on an Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR?

To disable SIP ALG on an Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR network device please do the following:

1. Log in to your Adtran Netvanta 1224 STR.

2. Under Firewall settings go to Firewall/ACLs.

3. There's a tab for ALG Settings.

4. Under that tab you'll see the SIP ALG field. Disable this setting.
