Switchvox - Why Does My iPhone Softphone Have One-way Audio?
If you are experiencing one-way audio on your registered iPhone Softphone, check the following setting on Switchvox:
Login to the /admin web interface on Switchvox.
Navigate to Setup > Extensions:Manage, click on the Modify icon for the SIP extension of the iPhone.
Click on the Phone Settings tab and then the Common Settings tab.
Set Phone Nat Traversal to Always.
Save Sip Extension.
