Switchvox - What do I do when my call blocking rules aren't functioning?
If you set up a call blocking rule under Incoming Call Rules and it doesn't appear to be working you can follow the steps below to resolve:
Navigate to Setup>Call Routing>VOIP Providers
Modify the VOIP Provider
Select the Peer Settings tab
Set Apply Incoming Call Rules to Provider to Yes
Select the Provider Information tab
Set a Callback Extension. This will be a default extension to route calls to if no other incoming call rules apply
Save the VOIP Provider
