Switchvox - How Do I Fix Paging? The Phones Ring, But Do Not Get a Page.

Intercom/Paging is not working; the phones are ringing, but there are no announcements.

1. Go to Setup > Extensions: Manage > Modify Paging Extension (click yellow pencil icon) > In Alert-Info Header field enter: SVAutoPickup 

2. Save

Phones will now automatically pickup for announcement.
