Switchvox - What do I do when my BRI channels are always busy

When working with the newer PCI-Express BRI cards you may experience an issue where the BRI channels always show as busy resulting in a busy tone on either incoming or outgoing calls. This can be resolved by configuring all channels on the BRI card, even if they will not be used. When configuring the channels always be aware that the first 2 BRI channels are Bearer channels and the third is a Data channel.

Note: The Bearer channels carry all call content, while the single Data channel carries the signalling data.
