Switchvox - How to turn off voicemail notification wav files
All changes to wav files are made at the user level.
Log in as a user
Go to Voicemail and Fax
Go to Voicemail Options
Go to Voicemail Notifications
Edit the template being used( commonly external)
Set the wav file toggle to No
