Switchvox - How to turn off voicemail notification wav files

All changes to wav files are made at the user level.

1. Log in as a user

2. Go to Voicemail and Fax

3. Go to Voicemail Options

4. Go to Voicemail Notifications

5. Edit the template being used( commonly external)

6. Set the wav file toggle to No
