Switchvox - Why can't I log into Switchvox Dial for Chrome after installing it?

If you have installed Switchvox Dial for Google Chrome Browser and cannot login using your credentials then you will need to check that the following are correct.

• Extension

• Password

• Hostname / IP Address

• Access Control Rules

If you have checked everything and are still getting an error then close out Goolge Chrome completely. Now launch Google Chrome and login to Switchvox Dial. You should be able to log in now.
