Switchvox - How to Enable Automatic Answering of Calls From Switchboard

  1. Login as admin to the web interface.

  2. Go to Setup > Extensions>Manage.

  3. Find the extension and select Modify.

  4. Next go to: Phone Settings > Common Settings > General Setting > Auto-answer Switchboard initiated calls = Yes

  5. Save SIP Extension.
