Switchvox - How do I create a phonebook with alphabetized entries?

To create a phonebook with alphabetized phonebook entries, follow the steps below:

1. Log into your extension

2. Go to Features > Phonebooks

3. Either use the default phonebook or create a new blank phonebook

4. Click Create Phonebook Entry

5. Choose Extension for the Type

6. In the pop-up window, click the icon that looks like a magnifying glass next to the search field, a list of your extensions will come up

7. Click the word Name for that column and the extensions will become alphabetized

8. Shift/Click or Ctrl/Click the extensions you want

9. Click Save Phonebook Entry
