According to the F-Secure website, the version of OpenSSL that fixed this is 0.9.6e or above:

Switchvox is running OpenSSL 0.9.8e-fips-rhel5 01 Jul 2008, so v.5.7.1 and above is running that version of OpenSSL and you do not have to be concerned about this vulnerability.
