Switchvox - What to do When Unable to Hear Caller's Voice in Call Recordings Using an Analog Line

Navigate to:

  • Setup

  • Channel Groups

  • Modify Analog Channel Group

  • Advanced Options

  • Enable Perform Automatic Gain Correction then test the call recording

NOTE: Saving the channel groups will drop all calls.

If further troubleshooting is needed, modifying theRX Gainby increments of 2.0 may be necessary

Note: After making RX Gain changes, the volume of the phones may need to be adjusted
