Switchvox - How do I disable access to the CRT configuration utility?

Note: You will have to be logged into the Switchvox as an administrator to make this change. When CRT access is disabled, the CRT utility can only be accessed from the LCD panel on the front of the Switchvox.

  1. Navigate to Server-Access Control.

  2. Click on the LCD Screen Settings tab.

  3. Set Disable access to CRT Configuration Utility to yes.
