Switchvox - How to login/logout from a queue without using switchboard?

A user can login/logout of a queue without using switchboard by using the queue application on the phone itself. The user can use the phone's LCD and navigate to Queues application using the following steps:

1. Press More / Queues

2. A list of available queues will appear

3. One can scroll the list. Each queue has a Queue Status with entries such as Logged Out, Logged In, Not Member, etc.

4. For each queue one is a member of one can toggle Log In or Log Out
