Switchvox - Can I make a call with my converged phone from the Switchboard?

You can place a call to any one of your phonebook contacts from the Switchboard Phonebook panel. You can use your desk phone, or a converged phone when calling. To select which phone you would like to use, follow the steps in this article.

1. Log into your extension.

2. Click the Switchboard button to launch your Switchboard.

3. In the Switchboard, you can select the phone you want to use under Options-My Phone drop down menu in the upper left hand corner of the Switchboard screen.

4. Now you can click on any member in your phonebook panel to place a call to that member. Whichever phone is selected under Options-My Phone will make the call.
