Switchvox - How Do I Set A Password For Visual Voicemail?

This feature was added in version 5.8.5. You can set each SIP phone extension to require a password for visual voicemail.

1. Login to Admin interface.

2. Go to Setup > Extensions > Manage.

3. Click the pencil icon to Modify the extension.

4. Go to Phone Settings tab.

5. Sangoma Phones tab.

6. Under Msgs Button section, click the drop down for Msgs Button Action set it to Open Visual Voicemail.

7. Set Require Numeric Password set to YES.
