Switchvox - How to create a custom status for an extension

  1. Login in to the Web admin GUI of your PBX

  2. Navigate to Setup>Manage

  3. Login to the extension you would like to create the custom status for

  4. Once you are logged in as the extension navigate to Features>Status Options

  5. Click on Create Status Options

  6. Select what Status you would like to create the custom status in the box next to Status

  7. Enter the name you would like the call the custom status in the box next to Sub-Status

  8. Click on Save Status Settings
